南韓MERS-CoV疫情絲毫未見降溫之際,國內臉書接連出現2則的PO文提及「6月15日下午台北飛韓國機上有MERS感染者於下機後即被檢驗確認一事」,且快速被轉發,衛生福利部疾病管制署副署長周志浩今(16)天表示,疾管署研判屬不實謡言的可能性甚高,經深夜向韓方查證,韓方聯絡窗口亦回信表示没聽說。

這2則PO文內容皆提及有朋友或女朋友在台北前往韓國的飛機上接觸到MERS帶原者,且一下飛機後帶原者跟幾位旅客隨即出現發燒症狀被確診陽性,全遭送往韓國醫院隔離,連手機都被沒收、管制。

由於訊息PO出後立即被網友大量轉發,引發關注,疾管署罕見的在凌晨主動發布新聞,強調散播不實疫情資訊已觸法,請民眾勿恣意轉發及輕信。

周志浩說,依網友散布的資訊研判,屬謠言的可能性極大,請民眾勿輕信、轉發,以免觸法,如涉及散布有關傳染病流行疫情之謠言或傳播不實之流行疫情消息,足以生損害於公眾或他人者,依法最高可科50萬元罰金,請民眾切勿以身觸法。

周志浩表示,疾管署看到臉書張貼的訊息後,深夜立即向韓方查證,韓方聯絡窗口回信表示没聽說,但為慎重起見,一上班會立即確認。
